I paid all the invoices that were due on my account why am I still suspended?

After your account has been suspended we don't know that you have made payment unless you email billing@jbwseries.com

saying... "hello, my domain is yourdomainhere.com I just paid paid all the invoices due on my account however I am still suspended"
