Yes, we do a backup of every website that are hosted on our servers no matter what and at no extra charge.

We use the CDP Server 2.0 solution from R1Soft.com

Every accounts on any JBWSeries.com server is backed up 4 times a day. We keep 20 restore point which give you the option to restore your entire account or a single file. The restore can be done by yourself in cPanel with the icon R1Soft

MySQL Backup are also done 4 times a day and we keep 20 restore points. We do charge a $5.00USD fee for restoring a database.

We do suggest that you make your own backup of your website at least on a monthly basis of both files and databases. We have a bulletproof backup system but we never know.
