What version of MailScanner are you using?

We are using the latest version for our MailScanner software.

Low spam score is set to 4 by default.
High spam scose is set to 7 by default.

You can alwasy login into your cPanel interface and change those values for both low and high scroring spam value. Note that resellers does not have access the MailScanner Back-end in WHM.
